Pantelis Apartments are traditional 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom holiday homes, located only 50 m from the sea and only a minute by foot to the excellent sandy beach of St. George South. The house itself has a large garden on the backside, where the BBQ area is situated. The front yard isolates the house from the street by a lush green fence and reduces the noise coming from the street in the very high season of the year.

2-bedroom family apartment, comfortable for sleeping of 5 people. There is also a place for a baby cot. Situated on the 1^st floor, above the ground floor, it features 2 separate bedrooms, each of them with a large double bed. The living room is enough spacious and comfortable for sitting of 5 people, with separate place for dinning and relaxing. From its large terrace guests may enjoy the amazing sea-view and the unforgettable sunsets, while drinking a cup of evening-tea or a cocktail.The terrace is equipped with 2 sunbeds, with upholstered furniture as well as with a plastic table with chairs.

The apartment disposes of a kitchen, which is fully equipped with a fridge, a freezer, oven with electric plates, a coffee machine, a jug, a toaster, dinner sets, cutlery and cooking utensils. There is everything necessary for a long carefree stay like in your own home.There is also a washing machine, which can be used for free, as well as iron, an ironing table and a hair dryer. In addition there is a en-suite, contemporary furnished bathroom with shower cabin and boiler. Towels and bed linen are provided and also changed twice per week. Wet cleaning and change of bed linen is organized usually twice a week.

The 1-bedroom apartment is comfortable for sleeping of 4 people. There is also a place for a baby cot. This apartment is on the ground floor and features a large veranda with a garden and a sea-view. The property has 1 bedroom with 2 separate single beds and a living room with an extending sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, toaster, coffee machine, washing machine, fridge and freezer; and a dining area with a table and chairs with 4 seating places.

In addition there is an en-suite, contemporary furnished bathroom with shower, WC and a self-controlled boiler for hot water. Towels and bed linen are provided and also changed two times per week. Mainly wet cleaning is organized usually in the middle of the week. The property is air-conditioned.

Pantelis House has a large yard with an isolated safe place for parking. It features great location in a peaceful surrounding, close to beach, to shops and supermarkets and just 50 m away from the most famous local tavernas, restaurants and bars.

It offers excellent conditions for complete rest and recovery and is an ideal choice for families with children and for those, who prefer the self-catering holiday, more private space and greater independence.

Booking, Deposit and Cancellation

The above mentioned prices include two times per week wet cleaning and change of bed linen and towels, electricity and water charges, use of air-condition and washing machine. Wi-Fi is available at no extra charge.

Deposit payment is required as a booking guarantee. It depends on the season of the stay. Normally we take 30% deposit. The rest is payable upon check -in.

Booking cancellation: A booking may be canceled without a penalty up to 30 days before the date of arrival. Shall any cancellation occur less than 30 days before arrival date, than we keep the deposit as a penalty for the late cancellation. In both cases bank fees are at customer's expense.
